Who looks after your information?
TAYWALT is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. Our registered office is in Dély Ibrahim, Algiers, Algeria. You can contact us about your data at the postal address at the end of this page.
This notice covers our website enquiries and job applications. It follows the information requirements of Algerian Law 18-07 of 10 June 2018, as amended by Law 25-11 of 24 July 2025. It does not cover registrations on our separate event platforms, which have their own notices.

What you share, and what is optional
For a call request, we need your name, email, company and message to understand the request and reply. Selecting a service is optional. If you choose to share other project details, such as a phone number or budget, we use them for the same request.
For a job application, we need your name, email, message and the role you are applying for. A portfolio link is optional. We do not ask you to upload a CV or identity document through these forms.
Each form also records your chosen language, submission date, consent, the date of that consent and the version of this notice. Our team may add the request’s status and relevant follow-up notes.
You choose whether to contact us. Required details and your agreement are needed to send a form; without them we cannot handle it through the website. Leaving optional details blank does not stop you from sending it. Please keep your message relevant and avoid sensitive information, bank details or information about other people that you do not need to share.
Why we use your details
We use enquiry details to understand your event, reply and arrange a conversation. We use application details to review your interest in the selected role and contact you about it. Authorised team members handle those decisions.
The agreement you give on the form is our basis for these uses under Article 7. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us below. We will then stop the handling that depends on that agreement. If keeping specific information is required by law, we will explain the reason and the period that applies.
Sending either form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising profiles or automated recruitment decisions.
Keeping the forms safe
To limit repeated or abusive submissions, the website temporarily uses a protected identifier derived from the connection address supplied by the server, a request count and an expiry time. The limit expires after one hour. We do not add the connection address to your enquiry or application record.
This limited use supports our legitimate interest in keeping the forms available and safe, under Article 7. It is not used to follow your browsing or advertise to you.
Who can see your details
Your enquiry or application is stored in the website’s database and is not published. Access through the administration area requires an authorised account. The people who handle requests, recruitment or maintain the website may access the information they need for those tasks.
We may provide information to a competent authority when legally required. Our separate event platforms and social networks do not receive your form details simply because we link to their websites.
The website and its private database run on the same server, managed through Dokploy. The forms are not connected to an external customer relationship management service.
Public website images and media use Cloudflare R2 storage. Your browser receives these files through this website. Enquiry and application records are not stored in that media storage.
Brevo sends internal email alerts to our authorised administrators after a form is saved. The alert contains only the request type, its record number and a link requiring an admin login. We do not copy your name, email, message or other form details into those alerts. The private record also stores the alert status, attempt time and any reference returned by Brevo.
Storage or access outside Algeria
Cloudflare R2 is configured with Western Europe as a preferred location for public media. This is a location preference, not a guarantee that files remain exclusively in that region.
The website server’s physical country and the processing locations used by Brevo, Metricool and Google have not yet been confirmed. We therefore do not state that all website data remains in Algeria. Contact us if you need information about storage locations before sharing your details.
Transfers of personal data outside Algeria must meet Articles 44 and 45, including ANPDP authorisation where required. The agreement to answer your enquiry or application is not a blanket agreement to overseas transfers.
No internet transmission is completely risk-free. Information sent over an unsecured network may be read or used by an unauthorised person. Share only what is needed; you can also write to our postal address.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry while we are discussing it with you and carrying out the agreed follow-up. We keep an application while we assess it and complete the recruitment follow-up. Once that purpose ends, the record and related notes are to be deleted rather than kept for possible future marketing or recruitment.
If a request becomes a client project or a job, any information needed for that relationship is handled for that new purpose, with the relevant information provided to you. Records that a specific law requires us to keep are limited to that obligation and its applicable duration. Article 9 requires storage to remain necessary; it does not set a single retention period for all website forms.
Your rights, in plain words
You can ask whether we hold data about you, why we use it, who receives it and where it came from, and receive your data in an understandable form (Article 34).
You can ask us, free of charge, to update, correct, erase or block data whose handling does not comply with the law, including incomplete or inaccurate data. Article 35 requires necessary corrections within 10 days of receiving the request. This right also includes notifying previous recipients where possible; the person’s heirs may exercise the rights provided by that article.
You can object to handling on legitimate grounds and to use for direct marketing (Article 36). The law allows exceptions, including where handling is legally required. You can also withdraw your form consent at any time (Article 7).
Use the contact details below. Give the email used for your enquiry or application, enough detail to find it, and the action you want. We may ask for proportionate proof of identity when needed to protect your data. You do not have to book a sales call to exercise a right.
If you need to raise a concern
You can contact Algeria’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP) or use its official complaints portal. If a correction request is refused or unanswered within the 10-day period, Article 35 allows you to ask the ANPDP to intervene. You may also raise other concerns about how your data is handled.
